Litigation Technology Consulting Firm Appoints Brad Mixner as Project Manager for Electronic Discovery and Repository Services

Based in JurInnovs suburban Cleveland headquarters, Mr. Mixner will be responsible for the implementation and continued growth of the firms legal technology solutions.

Prior to joining JurInnov, Mr. Mixner served as a Project Manager for Syngence LLC, a start-up data analysis/search technology firm, and Merrill Corporation, a global provider of diversified communications and document services. He has fourteen years of legal industry experience, including:

- Managing complex domestic and international document management and electronic discovery projects
- Providing operational, process and application consulting services
- Designing and implementing document management relational databases and repositories.
- Training within best practice applications of industry-leading technology
Mr. Mixner is a graduate of Miami Universitys Political Science program with a concentration in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs. In addition, he is a Dataflight Software Certified Consultant and Software Trainer.

Timothy Opsitnick is Senior Partner and General Counsel of JurInnov Ltd. Mr. Opsitnick, a member of the Georgetown University Law Center Continuing Legal Education Advisory Board, is at the forefront of practitioners addressing issues involved in the discovery of electronic documents.
