This means that hiring processes for different positions (customer service representative versus sales executive) or hire types (contingent versus permanent) can follow completely different steps, approvals and actions unique to that hiring need. Each unique workflow, or hiring process, can also incorporate various numbers of steps and process definitions as required to sufficiently support the specific need.
  • Net Interview Pre-Screens: Web-based candidate screening and assessment tools used at any time in the hiring process. It allows organizations to define screening questions, including job- and competency-based weighted questions. This helps recruiters reduce the number of unqualified candidates they spend time reviewing before setting up interviews -- or at any time in the process.
  • Interview Guides: Automatically generated, competency-driven Interview Guides help to ensure interviewers are asking the right questions and collecting the results in a consistent manner that helps organizations address legal defensibility. These are then used to aggregate results and rank candidates across the hiring team based upon the job-specific competency model.

  • Bulk Email Merge: HireQuality strengthens candidate relationship management practices with this new tool that lets recruiters personalize emails out to lists of candidates that have been identified for future positions. This capability can be used to send out newsletters, requests for referrals, resume update requests, and more.
  • Job Posting: HireQuality includes seamless integration to industry-leading job advertising distribution services within its standard pricing. This time-saving feature allows posting to all job boards with a few simple clicks to reduce the time spent in the front end of the recruiting process.

  • Third Party Assessments: HireQuality comes standard with an interface that simplifies the integration with preferred testing, background checking, drug testing and other third party service providers. Also included in the main HireQuality solution, this capability allows companies to request these and similar services, track progress and receive back results -- all within one system.
  • Job-Specific Post-Hire Feedback – HireQuality automatically generates manager surveys for new hires that monitor time to productivity, growth potential, and whether or not the manager would hire the individual again. These forms also track turnover and turnover reasons, aggregating the information across the organization.

In addition to these new capabilities, HireQuality 3.0 begins to set the stage for an exciting new value-driven delivery model that provides more measurement-focused validation than ever before made available in the ATS arena. HireDesk Quarterly Performance Scorecards will provide customers with a detailed quarterly analysis of their hiring processes and results across several key performance metrics, benchmarked over time and against industry standards. HireDesk then works with each customer to provide recommendations for improving recruitment and selection processes.
