RecruitMilitary, LLC, a military-to-civilian recruiting firm based in Cincinnati, has opened a branch office in the Dallas region. The company finds civilian jobs for men and women who are transitioning from active duty to civilian life, veterans with a wide variety of business experience, members of the reserve forces and National Guard, and military spouses.

Managing the Dallas office is Marc R. Hinkelman, a 20-year veteran of the United States Army. Hinkelman joined RecruitMilitary in November 2004. He is a graduate of the Sergeant Major Course and the U.S. Army Ranger School, and a member of the Association of the United States Army, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the United States Parachute Association. Hinkelman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Park University in Parkville, Missouri, and a Master of Arts degree in Management from Webster University in Saint Louis.
