HireAbility Launches New Corporate Recruiter Program. HR and Internal Recruiting Groups Gain Direct Access to National Recruiting Network, Save on Hiring Costs

Today, HireAbility(r) launches its Corporate Recruiter (CR) program, paving the way for internal corporate recruiters and human resources professionals to expand their recruiting power nationwide and cover most vertical markets, while saving money on each hire.

A typical placement involves three parties: a client company, a staffing account manager, and a candidate recruiter. HireAbility's Corporate Recruiter program allows a client company to access the HireAbility Recruiting Exchange Network directly, and represent their own jobs as the account manager -- freeing members to pay only the recruiting portion of the placement fee.

"Most companies sign fee agreements, communicate needs, and work with several staffing agencies on a one by one basis," explains Craig Silverman, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for HireAbility.
