After six months of operations in New Jersey, UList4Sale.com is quickly becoming NJ’s source for selling your home. UList4Sale.com is not a discount realtor where low commissions are split between the listing agent and the buyer’s agent. Many discount realtors only offer the buyer’s agent 1 percent of the commission.

UList4Sale.com difference is that there is only a small flat fee to the listing office of $299.
