DDL West today announced that Package Engineer, Michael Foster, has been appointed Vice President and Treasurer of the new Southern California chapter of the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IOPP).

Foster, who has played an integral part in forming the Southern California IOPP chapter, will be responsible for the chapters financial records and budget development, along with assisting the President and Programs, Meetings and Publications Chair.
