Unique, designer dog attire with a tropical flair will be launched on Saturday, July 9th between 1-4 pm at Pampered Pet Center 4028 Weber Road. "Pet owners have asked for Buster's designs for quite some time," states Sylvester Jordan, spokesperson and designer for "His seamstress has been working around the clock to have everything ready."

Buster's tropical wear features shirts, shorts, tees and sarongs. K9 accessories include iced out, bling bling dog tags and collars, and doggles protective eyewear. Barney and Ms. Beasley Bush (the White House dogs) have received samples of his merchandise and are featured on the website. Norma Lemke, seamstress for will be available for precise measurements to fit your special four legged pal or princess.

Buster is a well known celebrity dog in the Corpus Christi area. He is the current pet category winner for the 2005 Sandfest photo contest held in Port Aransas. Judges there also awarded him the "Best Dressed" prize.

Prizes will be given out hourly for merchandise, pawdicures and gift certificates. The line will be modeled informally while guests and their pets enjoy refreshments. Pets will munch on gourmet dog treats from Awesome Animal Cookies. Buster will be available for photos and pawgraphs.
