USA Video Files Appeal
USA Video Technology Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of USA Video Interactive Corp., today filed a notice of appeal in the District of Delaware. The appeal is from the District Courts decision granting Movielinks motion for summary judgment of non-infringement, and USA Videos motion for reconsideration. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which has jurisdiction over patent litigation appeals, will hear the appeal.
