Supreme Court Property Rights Ruling Signals Birth of Stealth Cartels

Since inception, StatesOnTheTake.com has alerted the media on a worrisome, yet growing trend -- the creation of "Stealth Cartel" Partnerships between Big Business and their comrade in collusion -- State Government. This unholy alliances secret motive is to bully Citizen Consumers and illegitimately undercut competing independent small businesses.
Initially, Exhibit Number 1 of these Stealth Cartels, was the Big Tobacco States Settlement of 1998 (The Master Settlement Agreement -- "MSA"). Now, in light of the High Courts ruling, Alfonso expects "Stealth Cartels" to proliferate across the country in numerous areas, adversely effecting thousands of Citizen Consumers, Homeowners and Independent Businesses.
Alfonso added, "The Courts ruling is an affront to the property rights of every Citizen Consumer in this nation, and was recognized as such by several high Court dissenting justices."
Alfonso also noted this irony: the Supreme Court stated that citizens should trust State Government -- the very same partner to these Stealth Cartels with Big Business -- as the sole protector to their property rights via passage of laws through the respective state legislatures.
The High Courts surrendering of property rights to each State Government only further escalates the need for each independent business and Citizen Consumer to take back State Government from the Big Business Stealth Cartels which threaten to destroy this countrys free market system.
