Spreadshirt, Inc. Names Mark E. Seremet as Chief Executive Officer

Spreadshirt, Inc. announced today that Mark E. Seremet, co-founder of Take Two Interactive Software Â? the publishers of Grand Theft Auto, has joined the company as its new chief executive officer. Mr. Seremet commented that he believes Spreadshirt, a web-based customized apparel provider, features a compelling business model that will eventually capture a large segment of the overall printing market in the United States.

Spreadshirt, Inc. announced today that Mark E. Seremet, co-founder of Take Two Interactive Software – the publishers of Grand Theft Auto, has joined the company as its new chief executive officer and that Mr. Seremet will join the Company's Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Seremet is an experienced and successful executive with a diverse background and skill set.

Mr. Seremet was the co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Take Two Interactive Software where he was instrumental in driving the company from a start-up to a successful, publicly traded firm. As well, he was the founder and CEO of Paragon Software who developed the first video games around the Marvel Comics characters including Spider-man, X-Men, and the Punisher. Mr. Seremet has also served as Chief Operating Officer for a leading medical information systems firm based in Paris, France and Barcelona, Spain. He is a former Small Business Administration winner of the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, serves on several non-profit boards, and is an accomplished author and speaker.
