MyMiniatures.com Now Offering Barbie and Playscale to the Online Directory

Leader in Doll and Doll House Community Adds Fashion Dolls to its Online Community.

(PRWEB) July 30, 2005 -- MyMiniatures.com, a leader in the online dollhouse, doll and doll house miniature collecting community, was solely for the dollhouse enthusiast and has now gone Barbie and fashion dolls alike.

This online portal has decided to answer the many requests from visitors to include fashion dolls, including Barbie, to its large doll and miniature offering of quality links and categories.

Michelle Blohm, the site's founder admits it's time. "We had a few requests for Barbie to be part of MyMiniatures, so to be fair and make sure this was indeed the direction to go, we added a survey to our home page, and Barbie took the lead quickly."

Michelle admits that she was a bit concerned Barbie could take over, but if that becomes the case, she says they will spin off a Barbie portal as a sister to the MyMiniatures Community.

My Miniatures.com is an online community free to its visitors filled with links, galleries, show listings and classified ads all pertaining to dollhouses, dolls and teddy bears, and now Barbie will be joining the list.

There is no personal information gathered and the site is deemed "child safe" since all sites submitted to the community are checked to be sure they are safe for young viewers.

"We really want to keep a safe environment for our Barbie enthusiasts, along with our regular doll house miniature fans, especially since there are many young kids out there looking for safe sites to visit." explains Michelle. "We want them to have that safety, its the least we can do."
