The highly-developed PROMYS resource, service and project management modules will optimize the labor utilization of 1NService’s technical staff, simplify and ensure the accuracy of resource billing, and make 1NService member organizations aware of projects that are not inline with estimates, so that corrective action can be taken. Through implementing PROMYS, 1NService plans to further strengthen its relationships with suppliers, such as Cisco Systems and Juniper Networks, because suppliers will have access to the information most important to them via the customized MyPROMYS portal.

1NService offers localized national coverage and resources through 18 participating member organizations with 8,000 customers across North America. Those resources include over 100 qualified technical engineers and sales staff, 200 technology certifications, and six regional training centers. In addition, 1NService actively manages a network of over 2,000 certified service technicians throughout North America who provide additional market coverage for geographic areas not served directly by a 1NService office location.

PROMYS was selected by 1NService to enhance its collaboration on national and multi-national projects. Through implementing PROMYS, 1NService plans to further strengthen the relationships it has with suppliers, such as Cisco Systems and Juniper Networks. Customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders will have access to the information most important to them via the customized MyPROMYS portal. “The MyPROMYS portal will provide our suppliers with access to sales orders, visibility into the sales pipeline and real-time project status reports,” said Chris Labatt-Simon, CEO of D&D Consulting and a member of 1NService. “This increased visibility, coupled with the project management capabilities of PROMYS, should help 1NService win new accounts and acquire deeper supplier discounts.”

A growing number of 1NService member organizations have selected PROMYS to manage their individual practices.
