About Ziffrin
Ziffrin came to LegalMatch from Wal-Mart's online division, located in Brisbane, California, where she led their customer service, training and quality assurance groups. In that position, she was responsible for customer service and training of Wal-Marts online associates and designing training programs for customer service initiatives. Ziffrin was also instrumental in new product and service development and implementation. Previously, she held positions of Director of Operations for Prenax, a subscription management company, Senior Director of Operations for Brigade Solutions, a leader in Technology Support and Financial Services and Senior Director of Client Services for Positive Communications, a nationwide provide of wireless messaging products and services.
A graduate of Webster University with a master's degree in marketing, Ziffrin earlier received a BA degree in administration from the University of Kansas.
