i-cosco is a mobile Expense management system, which allows remote employees to update Expense Sheets via their virtual office (WAP phone, J2ME phone, Pocket PC, PDA or Internet). Using i-cosco, remote employees can enter, view previous and add new expenses by using the predefined expenses and payment modes as well as they could customize accordingly to their preference, enabling users to enter up-to-date information (expenditure) on projects, trips and activities in an easy-to-use and straightforward manner.

Expense sheets submitted to Administration & Finance personnel will enable them to, view previous expenses, approve, reject expenses, print expense sheets, bill clients on time and reduce paper work. This would also enable up-to-the-minute billing and quick reimbursement.

The exquisiteness of this application is that it consist of an enterprise edition and a personalize edition. The enterprise edition of i-cosco stores the expense sheet information at the cosco server and can be accessed via any mobile device or Internet enabled PC or Notebook. It is specifically designed for organizations, and is capable of integrating with the companys back end system in providing a total expense management system.

While the enterprise edition connects to a backend server to store information, the personalize edition stores expenses information on the phone memory and can send expense statements to relevant parties for reimbursements via e-mail. The application is compatible with all J2MEE enabled phones.
