Live 8 is a series of eight simultaneous global concerts to be held on July 2 to allow citizens of the world to call on President Bush and leaders of the other seven wealthiest countries to make poverty history at the historic G8 Summit on July 6.

Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) July 1, 2005 -- Live 8 is a series of eight simultaneous global concerts to be held on July 2 to allow citizens of the world to call on President Bush and leaders of the other seven wealthiest countries to make poverty history at the historic G8 Summit July 6.

In the U.S., Live 8 will take place in Philadelphia, PA, on the steps of the Philadelphia Art Museum. The concert is free and open to the public.
