Maitland, FL (HRmarketer/PRWEB ) July 1, 2005 -- Censeo Corporation President and CEO Dr. Ronald H. Gross is slated to speak about competency modeling at the American Bankers Association (ABA) forum "Managing the Business of Learning" to be held July 10-12, 2005 at the Hyatt Regency Reston in Reston, Virginia.

Dr. Gross will be addressing ABA attendees from 8:15 to 9:15 on Monday, July 11 during the general session. His session on competency modeling will address practical versus academic models, sustaining and customizing the training process, integrating training measurement and monitoring tools, and validating employee skills and productivity through competency modeling.

As an ABA-sponsored event exclusively for the financial services industry, this new forum will help attendees gain more business performance from their training programs by measuring and maximizing the impact of training on business objectives, building their own training brand to attract and retain top talent, and prepare their staff to seize opportunities in growing markets. Designed to offer best practices, case studies and peer-to-peer exchange, the program is a first for financial services professionals.
