Its a wrap for Rappin Granny at The Indie Film Gathering!!

Rappin Granny wins another film festival award.

Hollywood, Calif. (PRWEB) July 3, 2005 -- 68-year-old Rappin Granny wrapped up the top spot at the recent Indie Gathering held in Ohio. Grannys parody film Ya Grandmas A Gangsta" took home first place honors.

Granny recently won first place at a New York film festival and was elated when she heard the news of another festival win.

I jumped out of my wheel chair (with spinning platinum rims) and said Go Granny, cause at my age its great to be alive and banging out some music beats for the kids," says Granny. The parody was written and produced by Hip Hop feature film writer, producer, director and editor Tim Greene Of Tim Greene Films. Tim recently spoke at the Uplifting Minds Tours Los Angeles stop and at The Los Angeles Film Festival (Directors Guild Of America Building).

For the month of July you can catch Tim Greene speaking on filmmaking in Houston Texas, Canada, and in New York City the 3rd week of July 2005.
