Recent Survey Scores 96% Customer Satisfaction

Most notably, the survey found that over 96% of the customers polled are satisfied with IXEurope and its services and 97% of customers said they would refer IXEurope to other companies.
The survey was conducted independently across Europe during spring of this year and over 100 customers from the enterprise, e-business and networking markets participated. The survey measures satisfaction against metrics that characterise the quality of the customer experience with all aspects of the service. This includes pre-sales and customer service, service delivery, the datacentre environment, technical ability and processes at all levels.
