AdviceTrader Launches Live Phone Advice, Aggressively Competitive Pricing
Leading expert advice site adds phone advice service.
(PRWEB) July 7, 2005 -- AdviceTrader has just announced the launch of a new service giving their advisors the power to provide live advice over the phone to their customers for a per minute fee.
This new service allows advisors, who previously were only able to use AdviceTrader to provide advice through instant message, the web and email, to provide immediate advice to information seekers over the phone.
"This is the next logical step in serving our customers and advisors - some of them prefer to hear a sympathetic voice over the phone - others prefer instant messaging. This give both our advisors and our customers more choice in how they exchange advice and information" said Chris Kalaboukis, AdviceTrader's CEO.
In addition, the company announced a aggressively competitive rate structure for this new phone service, with transaction fees 35% cheaper and commissions 50% cheaper than their nearest competitor.
"With our new competitive rate structure, our advisors will be able to either charge less, or take more money home at the end of the day, which is always a good thing. In addition, we support PayPal both for funding your account and for payout -- many of our advisors love that feature" said Mr. Kalaboukis.
