ProKarma and eSymbiosis Merge to Create a Full Service Company Offering IT Solutions, BPO Services and Software Products

ProKarma, Inc. and eSymbiosis Solutions International, LLC, today announced that their boards of directors have unanimously approved a merger of the two companies effective immediately. The combination creates a highly innovative organization that will deliver superior value to its clients and will combine individual strengths of ProKarma and eSymbiosis to effectively deliver world-class solutions, services and products. eSymbiosis will become a ProKarma company but will continue to operate under its current name until January 1, 2006.

eSymbiosis delivers superior IT solutions and outsourcing services to mid and large sized companies, primarily in Omaha, Nebraska and Denver, Colorado. The company’s clients include industry leaders in transportation, financial services, utilities, electronics and retailing. The company has experienced rapid growth with 2005 revenue expected to be twice that of fiscal 2004.

ProKarma focuses on Business Process Outsourcing that supports Enterprise Services Procurement and Utility Management. Since inception, the company has grown rapidly and has established offices in Portland, Sacramento, Columbus, Ohio and Hyderabad, India.

The merged company will create a strong workforce of over 150 dedicated staff members working towards a common goal of building a BPO, IT Services, Utility Management and Services Procurement market leader.
