Kier Management will oversee all aspects of property management under the contracts. The company will enforce the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (C&CR), process all accounting and monthly reports, coordinate board meetings, schedule and supervise all vendors and subcontractors to ensure the exterior of units as well as landscaping, yard maintenance, and snow removal are executed in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Maplewood is a planned residential unit development by Nilson Homes (http://www.nilsonhomes.com). It features units with two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a large living and dining area, and a private patio. The property operates under the Maplewood Village Home Owners Association. Spring Creek is a single family development comprised of custom homes by various builders.
