Sapien and HRM Software Partner to Launch Web-Native ASP Services for HRMS and Human Capital Management in North America

Sapien will brand and localize the products for the US and Canadian markets as Sapien and offer two services, Sapien.HRMS Edition and Sapien.HCM Edition to be deployed via Sapiens ASP Service Sapien.NET for on-demand, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for HRMS and Human Capital Management. The service, which has been built from the ground up around web and workflow technologies, provides comprehensive support for critical HR management and planning activities, including robust HRMS with integrated succession planning and leadership development, competency/skills management, career and development planning, performance management, compensation planning, training administration, 360 & survey, recruitment, and integrated organizational charting. The platform offers truly integrated navigation, menus, workflow, query, search, roles, security, and configuration tools across all functional areas.
