Theresa Solano Joins ARC as Hispanic Marketing Manager for the West Coast

Affordable Residential Communities Inc., one of the largest owners and operators of manufactured home communities in the United States, today announced that Theresa Solano, formerly the Marketing/Promotion and Community Affairs Director for Telemundo/NBC in Denver, has joined the Company as Hispanic Marketing Manager for the West Coast.

At ARC, Solano is responsible for program development and outreach directly to Hispanics who are looking for affordable housing. This includes marketing initiatives, as well as coordinating in-community activities for ARC residents, such as English as a Second Language courses. Additionally, Solano is tasked with forging relationships with corporations and other influential groups who have interest in quality, affordable housing for Hispanics.

Solano joins ARC after serving as Marketing/Promotion and Community Affairs Director for Telemundo/NBC in Denver. Prior to Telemundo, she held positions at Dimension Data Learning Solutions, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Excel Communications, KJMN and KMXA, as well as Univision. Solano received her education from the University of Northern Colorado, and currently serves on the board of Escuela Tlatelolco and the National Conference for Community & Justice board, as well as the Advisory board of CORE Magazine.
