The ScienceLogic Linux P2800 and P1800-Linux video-capable systems enable network administrators to monitor and protect valuable business assets and intellectual property by detecting unauthorized personnel or activity and preventing disasters in the data center.
The Linux P2800 device has an integrated camera that can be remotely managed and monitored, permitting a 180-degree view of the data center. The P1800-Linux device includes video digitizing capability and supports the connection of up to four user-supplied analog cameras, including sophisticated night vision or low-cost CCTV cameras. The cameras can be configured to take a series of pictures whenever the motion or another sensor configured by the user is tripped. Pictures from the cameras are stored in the units flash memory and can be viewed via the ScienceLogic EM7 Systems web-based management portal.

With temperature and humidity sensors available in a dual sensor as well, a maximum of 16 sensing parameters can be captured simultaneously.
