D'Uva, Inc. Offers $5.5 Million for Running Mon Marina & Resort in Freeport, Bahamas with Plans to Build Luxury Condominiums
With an anticipated demand for luxury condominiums in Freeport, Bahamas, a Dallas investor has ambitious plans.
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) July 10, 2005 -- Dallas investor J. Nicholes D'Uva of D'Uva, Inc. has offered a minimum of $5.5 million for a Bahamas Resort-Marina-Condo Project located in Freeport Bahamas. The offering price includes an additional profit incentive to the seller in a uniquely structured deal.
Upon closing, D'Uva, Inc. intends to renovate the existing hotel, resort, marina so that it may properly accomodate potential purchasers of the to-be constructed condominiums.
Then, the sales efforts of the "Affordable-Luxury" condominiums will be implemented via television infomercials showcasing the many attributes of the project and the Bahamas as a whole.
"Once people are aware of the affordable luxury of a second home in the Bahamas provided by this project, I believe our resort will be extremely popular with travelers as well as families looking for upscale properties in exotic locales," said Mr. D'Uva.
The marketing plan developed for the resort is to include television "infotainment" featuring the sexy, smart and sassy spokesmodels of the wildly popular LifeStyles TV Show, which Mr. D'Uva produces for the benefit of many businesses, including the legendary SouthFork Ranch made famous by the "Dallas" television show, the American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars, and Big Dog Motorcycles, to name a few.
"LifeStyles TV has assisted businesses in lead generation and revenue enhancement through it's easy to enjoy "entertainment magazine meets music video" format. We plan on producing an entire half-hour dedicated to the LifeStyles of affordable luxury at our resort," said Mr. D'Uva.
By allowing the audience to experience the resort through the LifeStyles TV Show, Mr. D'Uva intends to eliminate some of the objections many American's hold against foreign home ownership, in specific, and foreign travel in general.
"When people understand the value that is going to be created at this resort, I am highly confident that the condominiums will be a hot property to own and enjoy," added Mr. D'Uva.
