Dr. Margo Adesanya to Present at the 84th Annual American Association of Women Dentists Conference in Washington, DC.

Dr. Margo Adesanya, former NIDCR Clinical Trials and Patient-Oriented Research Program Director, to participate in a panel discussion on career opportunities in research at the annual meeting of the American Association of Women Dentists in Washington, DC.

(PRWEB) July 11, 2005 -- Dr. Margo Adesanya, former Program Director for Clinical Trials and Patient-Oriented Research at the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, will present at the 84th Annual American Association of Women Dentists in Washington, DC. Dr. Adesanya will participate in a round table discussion featuring women dentists in multiple specialties and job situations for dental students and dentists. Dr. Adesanya will share her experiences as a clinical researcher and discuss career opportunities in research. The round table discussion will be held on July 16th from 11:30am to 12:30pm.

"I'm excited to be a part of this year's conference," says Dr. Adesanya, CEO of Next Level Up, a company based in Laytonsville, Maryland. "The theme, "Investing in Ourselves; Health, Education and Camaraderie," is very pertinent in that as healthcare professionals, and providers, we tend to bleed while we heal, often putting ourselves last. Taking time out to connect with others, gain inspiration and education is critical to maintain work and life balance."

Dr. Adesanya left her position at NIDCR two years ago to pursue her career in helping practitioners balance their professional and personal lives. She launched Next Level Up, a business and career coaching firm that targets professionals in healthcare or as she has coined the term, Healthcarepreneurs.

This year's meeting will take place at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC from July 14-16, 2005. The AAWD has a long and rich history harkening back to 1893 when Dr. Mary Stillwell-Kuesel founded the Women's Dental Association of the U.S. Many years and several name changes later, the organization has become a national network that continues to support women in dentistry.

Next Level Up is a Business and Career Coaching Company for Healthcarepreneurs. For more information, call (240) 631-1443, or (301)641-7249. www.next-level-up.com.
