Exciting New Novel The Enigma of Njama" is Suspense at its Best

New Author Anthony D. Wilbon weaves history, secrecy, and conflicting desires in his debut novel, set in Washington, D.C.

(PRWEB) July 13, 2005 -- What happens when a college professor crosses a secret society of African American women? Author Anthony D. Wilbon answers this question and more in The Enigma of Njama," a suspense page-turner with an intriguing subject matter and a powerful ending.

In Wilbons book, the protagonist, Montgomery Quinn, tried to unravel the mystery behind his best friends accident. He discovers that the deadly secret that nearly took his friends life is now in his possession and there are forces at work that will do anything to preserve their clandestine operation, including destroying his life.

The first time author is quoted as saying I wanted to write something unpredictable, new and innovative in the suspense genre, something that had a different type of antagonist. I believe I accomplished that and I look forward to the response from the readers.

An extraordinary work of psychological twists and high power intensity, The Enigma of Njama is simultaneously fast paced, intelligent, and entertaining. It brilliantly weaves together the entanglements of one man and a society of gifted women into a story of menace and surprises.
