Two Search Engine Marketing Firms Named Finalists for Maine Business Awards
Two Search Engine Marketers have been nominated for business awards by Maine's technology association, MESDA. Anne Kennedy of Beyond Ink is a finalist for CEO of the Year, and Harvey Marketing Group is one of the three finalists for Gazelle Company of the Year.

Two Search Engine Marketers have been nominated for the awards. Anne Kennedy of Beyond Ink (www.beyondink.com) was nominated for CEO of the Year and Harvey Marketing Group, Inc (www.harveymarketing.com)was nominated for Gazelle Company of the Year. Both are based in Portland, Maine.
CEO of the Year is presented to the head of an IT company headquartered in Maine that has been in operation at least three years, and whose company receives high ratings in sales growth, job creation in Maine, profitability, return-on-equity, new products and/or product upgrade releases, innovative technology applications, legislative activities pertinent to the IT industry and other civic and community involvement.
Gazelle Company of the Year is presented to the Maine company that, through innovation in products, services or business approach, has emerged from its start-up phase to become a solid presence in the marketplace. The winner must exemplify the spirit of the true entrepreneur; have an innovative business approach and a successful and well-balanced Maine-based management team and technology workforce. The company must deliver new and measurable value to its customers and be able to demonstrate the ability to persevere and sustain growth.
"Geeks in Black - The Wall" will be held Thursday, July 14 at the new MESDA Technology Center, in Westbrook.
