Renowned Children's Artist Gives Kids a Fun Escape From Their Hospital Beds

Ceiling Scenes is proud to offer the colorful and intriguiging puzzles and mazes of internationally known illustrator and author, Anna Nilsen, for it's popular Ceiling Scenes series of imaged ceiling tiles. The Nilsen Ceiling Scenes are an attractive way to retain interest and help pass time in situations where immobilization is necessary.

(PRWEB) July 14, 2005 -- Imagine being ten years old and having to lie in a full body cast, staring at the ceiling in your hospital room for hours on end. Now there is a way to easily change that scenario.

Ceiling Scene(TM), Division of Applied Visual Concepts, a national provider of imaged ceiling products, has bolstered their children's offerings by adding brilliantly colored, highly detailed illustrations of mazes and visual puzzles from Anna Nilsen, an internationally recognized children's illustrator and author.

The Anna Nilsen ceiling tiles were recently introduced at the Child Life Council* conference in Nashville, TN. "The reaction of the group was very positive toward the Nilsen illustrations and Ceiling Scenes(TM), in general. They were very impressed with the uniqueness of the images and their ability to engage the patients", said Gregg Nash, Marketing Manager for Ceiling Scenes(TM).

"These would be a great way to divert children's attention while they are being examined and will be a wonderful thing to have in our hospital" stated one specialist.

"Ceiling Scenes(TM) tiles are easily installed and provide a very cost effective way to change a cold, clinical environment into a friendly place where children can feel much more relaxed and have visually stimulating images where nothing existed before" states Nash.

Ceiling Scenes(TM) have been installed in leading children's hospitals, dental offices, chemotherapy clinics, dialysis clinics, daycare centers and nursing homes across the country. Ceiling Scenes products are a proven, cost effective way to enhance the treatment or therapy experience of patients, as well as enhancing the work environment for the staff.
