These 'back-to-basics' courses will run throughout the last two weeks of July and are essential for all Government personnel involved in process automation, eGovernment, or information security.

These two sessions will help create a baseline of knowledge and common terminology for both business and IT helping organizations reach their goal of end-to-end automation more quickly.
Track One, "Understanding the Big Picture," is designed for business analysts, eGovernment managers, and other process improvement professionals. This session will take place on Thursday, July 21st, 2005 between 1:00 -- 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time and will help attendees understand how secure electronic signatures fit into their automation initiatives and what factors need to be considered prior to implementation.
Track Two "Looking under the Hood" will be held one week later on Thursday, July 28th, 2005 from 1:00 -- 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. This session will provide IT professionals with the knowledge to begin identifying technical requirements, evaluating solutions, and assessing integration & deployment impact.
