At 80 levels, 923 feet and 946 units and with completion due at the end of 2008, the Ivana super tower is set to dominate the Las Vegas skyline. With an expected $1 billion plus in gross sales, Ivana will be the most expensive single residential building ever sold in the world. Pricing will start in the mid $700,000s with the penthouse at $35 million making it both the highest and most expensive penthouse ever sold on the west coast. Rumors are rife that a world famous entertainer is to be the new owner of the 20,000 square foot Ivana penthouse at a breathtaking level 80.
