Full Circle Arts Seeks Artists for an Open Fall Competition 2005
HICKORY, N.C. (PRWEB) July 17, 2005 -- Full Circle Arts will be hosting an Open Fall Competition/Exhibition that will be open to all visual artists over 16 years of age. All media will be accepted and entries will be juried for acceptance and judged for prizes.
The purpose of Full Circle Arts Fall Competition is to provide visual artists in the area an opportunity to present their works to the public. Each artist may submit up to three pieces of artwork. Prize monies will be First Prize $300, Second Prize $200 and Third Prize $100.
Registration fees are $25.00 for Full Circle Arts members and $35.00 for non-members. Fees must be paid at time of delivery and are non-refundable. Cash, check, Visa or MasterCard are accepted. Intake will be Thursday, August 25, 2005 to Saturday, August 27 2005 from 1:00 to 6:00pm at Full Circle Arts, 219 First Avenue NW Suite 101, Hickory NC.
Entries should be hand delivered to and picked up from Full Circle Arts. Artwork is strongly encouraged to be sale. Full Circle Arts will retain a 30% commission for non-members and a 20% commission for members on all sales. For a complete prospectus, please contact Full Circle Arts.

An Opening Reception is being held on Thursday, September 8, 2005 from 6:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. at Taste Full Beans Coffeehouse, 29 2nd Street NW in Hickory NC. The exhibition will be on display until September 25, 2004.
Taste Full Beans Coffeehouse has the largest in house selection of NC roasted coffee in the surrounding area (over 100 whole bean varieties). Taste Full Beans chooses to support the arts by having a monthly rotation of art, pottery and hand-made jewelry which is always on display and available for purchase. Hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
