Prior to the event attendees visit the Extreme Networking web site to enter contact information and networking preferences by attendee type. Attendee types can be ranked from 1 to 10 or even be fully excluded from meetings. Attendees control who they do and dont want to meet. A computer uses sophisticated algorithms to set up optimal meetings for each person.
At the event each attendee receives a personal packet at the event detailing his or her meetings down to the seat number with contact information and a bio of each person.
