After opening its first store just two months ago, Laser Xpressions (http://www.laserxpressions.com) has found that its dedication to customer service and beautiful laser images have led to a greater response from the public than could have been imagined.
Soon after opening, the graphic design company conducted a customer survey, which had a response rate of 78 percent. Not only did a majority of the customers take the time to complete the study, but each person provided the staff with positive feedback about their experiences in the store.
While the respondents were impressed with the customer service, they were also thrilled with the quality of the completed artwork. Many even suggested that the final project looked better than their original idea.
"(Laser Xpressions provides) an excellent choice of items -- very tastefully done -- and an excellent experience," said Charles Dombroski, a customer who purchased several items. "The gifts we purchased were very well received."
The companyÂs motto, "If you can imagine it, we can create it," encourages customers to request anything they dream up, which ensures that each person receives a unique and personalized creation. A standard project involves scanning, editing and processing a photograph of the customerÂs choice. Once this process is complete, the designer can laser the image onto almost anything.
"It is up to the customer how extensive or how limited they want their project," says Aco (Alex) Sokolovski of Laser Xpressions, Inc. "We will work with the client to make sure they get exactly what they want."
