HelpingHand Software has just released their new Version 5.0. HelpingHand Software designs client tracking and outcome management software for non-profit organizations.

HelpingHand Software, a database design firm based in Pittsfield, Mass., has emerged in response to the need for software which can ease the burden of data collection and analysis by non-profits.

Located at 74 North Street, HelpingHand Software is proud to announce the release of its 5.0 Version of the HelpingHand Software group of products. Version 5.0 is able to harness the power of Microsoft SQL Server and comes in three separate platforms: HelpingHand Lite, HelpingHand Plus, and HelpingHand Preferred.

HelpingHand Lite is designed to handle the specific needs of smaller charitable organizations. HelpingHand Lite can accommodate up to fifteen users and comes equipped with statistical reports, allowing users to grasp the distribution of their goods and services.

HelpingHand Plus is designed for medium-sized charitable organizations, there is no limit to the number users you can have. In addition, HelpingHand Plus comes equipped with the basic statistical reports and also includes enhanced graphical reports.

HelpingHand Preferred is designed to function directly over the Internet and can link multiple locations into one centralized database. The user must supply a high-speed Internet connection and an Internet browser. Users are able to enter and modify data from their local computers, but still make universal changes to their organization's database.

In a recent visit to HelpingHand Software, Representative Bosley of North Adams was quick to praise their efforts as a significant improvement, and cost saving tool for non-profits who must meet the information demands of boards, regulatory agencies and donors.
