The BPM Group today announced that three (3) new coaches have successfully graduated from the rigorous Accredited Training Coach program required to receive Certified Accredited Coaching status for the BPM Group’s industry leading business process educational and skill building programs.
Warwick, UK: Boston, MA (PRWEB) July 21, 2005 –- The BPM Group today announced that three (3) new coaches have successfully graduated from the rigorous Accredited Training Coach program required to receive Certified Accredited Coaching status for the BPM Group’s industry leading business process educational and skill building programs.
Howard Webb, Anthony Madigan and Roger Tregear have successfully met all qualification requirements as coaches for the BPM Group’s 5 Day Award and Certification training programs. The addition of these accredited coaches for the Award and Certification programs, along with BPM Group principals David Lyneham-Brown, Mark McGregor, Steve Towers, and Terry Schurter, are an important milestone in meeting the growing demand for these flagship programs - and a welcome expansion to the overall BPM Group coaching team.
The Certified Accredited Coaching status is earned through an exhaustive program that ensures coach competency in material, instruction and mentoring abilities. Coaches must demonstrate this competency through multiple steps including pre-qualification experience, in-depth study, special training, supervised coaching, peer review and formal audit.
The new coaches are entitled to conduct the 5 Day Award and Certification training programs from the BPM Group as fully accredited courses, with accreditation in 117 countries.
With global demand for courses from the BPM Group continuing to expand rapidly, the addition of these new coaches comes at just the right time. The new coaches are a key resource in both expanding the capability of the BPM Group to meet course demand and in serving the geographically diverse nature of the business process community by adding to coaching resources in the US, UK, and Australia.
The BPM Group offers both open and in-house programs across the globe, with twenty-four (24) Five (5) Day open courses in 2005 (http://www.bpmg.org/chl_certificates_awards.php ) and numerous in-house programs. The BPM Group has additional coaches that are currently in the process of seeking certified coaching status.
