Venice, Italy, will be the host city for the special reception for American Real Estate Show during the 62nd Annual Venice Film Festival.

After shining with success in Monte Carlo for the third time this year, and on is way to St. Tropez, France, this week, the American Real Estate Show will arrive to magical Venice, Italy during the legendary Venice Film Festival. Some of the biggest names in the real estate industry will feature their properties to the special by-invitation-only reception.

The recent study by the National Association of Realtors®, published in the Miami Herald article “Europe buys more Florida homes” states Europeans make up 58 percent of the homes bought by foreign buyers. But the majority are not from Latin America as most people think. The study also found that cash is often king for foreign buyers when purchasing a home. The weak U.S. dollar may be jumpstarting real estate buying by Europeans taking advantage of the discount.

As the show makes its way overseas and lands to Venice, the wonderfully magical city and destination for some of the world’s wealthiest, it will roll out the red carpet with an exclusive, invitation only cocktail reception on Tuesday, September 6th at the world renowned Hotel Cipriani, joining in the festivities for the 62nd Venice Film Festival Some of the top real estate industry developers and realtors have been invited to participate in this exclusive reception that will introduce them to some of the world’s biggest spenders.

Europeans are eager to invest and purchase properties in the US and the American Real Estate Show has taken notice, expanding from the US all the way to some of the hottest spots in Europe including St. Tropez and London. The American Real Estate Show will return to Beverly Hills on September 24, 2005.

From the launch of the American Real Estate Shows in America’s Riviera—South Beach, Miami—where there exists a huge international contingency especially in the real estate business, continued its success with a debut in the fabulous French Riviera—Monte Carlo, Cannes, St. Tropez and will carry on to Beverly Hills where those who were previously “just looking” have taken the plunge and purchased those long desired properties.

“With the rising value of the Euro in conjunction with the Venice Film Festival and the cachet of the Hotel Cipriani our host venue, this is an incredible opportunity for both participants and attendees to meet,” says Paolo Sadri, the event’s organizer and President of Real Estate Expo.
