MortgageTree Lendings Phoenix (Ahwatukee) Branch outperformed more than 50 net branches in the United States and earned the number one ranking for total number of loans funded in June 2005.

Although the Ahwatukee-based company only opened its doors in January of this year, it outperformed more than 50 other MortgageTree Lending net branches located throughout the United States for total number of mortgages (units) funded for the month. The Phoenix branch also ranked second for total [dollar volume of units funded in June, and is one of the top five branches for both total units and volume year-to-date.

According to Daryle Messina, MortgageTree Lending Phoenix branch manager, the company attributes its success to the work ethic and enthusiasm of its growing team.
