NASCAR's Chris Cook To Be Sponsored By TradePortal At Watkins Glen Race Weekend
NASCAR driver Chris Cook will be sponsored by TradePortal, an online financial services company, for the Busch and NEXTEL Cup races in Watkins Glen.
Mooresville, NC. (PRWEB) July 26, 2005 -- Today, Christine Marie Motorsports announced that TradePortal, a leading direct market access software innovator for the financial services industry, will be the primary sponsor for driver Chris Cook during the race weekend of August 12-14 in Watkins Glen, NY. Cook will race in the Busch Series Zippo 200 on August 13 and the NEXTEL Cup Sirius Satellite Radio at the Glen on August 14.

The Watkins Glen events will be Cooks third and fourth NASCAR races in 2005; following a 26th place finish (qualified 16th) at the Busch Series Mexico 200 in March and a 28th place finish (qualified 28th) at the Dodge/Save Mart 350 in June- his debut race in the NEXTEL Cup Series. Cook will again drive for NEMCO Motorsports, under a 2005 partnership with Christine Marie Motorsports. Watkins Glen will mark the first foray into auto racing sponsorship for TradePortal, headquartered in Irvine, California.
