RECON Intelligence Services Welcomes Another New REALTOR® Association Client
Flint Area Association of REALTORS® choses RECON for strategic business planning services.
(PRWEB) July 29, 2005 -- RECON Intelligence Services (RECON") announced today that the firm has been awarded a real estate consulting services contract from the Flint Area Association of REALTORS® (FAAR") for long term strategic business planning services. According to sources familiar with the engagement, RECON will begin consulting services for the Flint, Michigan REALTOR® association this week.
Gary Pray, FAARs President, said the association evaluated many different options before deciding to go with RECON. We chose RECON because of their superior knowledge of the real estate industry, and because they will tailor their efforts to meet the needs of our members."
According to Pray, RECON will begin FAARs planning process by interviewing members of the Flint broker and agent community. They want input directly from our members instead of filtered through the association. They will interview a cross section of our members in order to get a good overall view of the membership."
Doris Nurenberg, FAARs Executive Vice President, said that FAAR has been familiar with RECON since first working with the firm in the standards movement. FAAR became aware of RECONs expertise due to Jeremys and Johns work with the Real Estate Standards Institute in which FAARs holds a charter membership," said Nurenberg. RECONs President Jeremy Conaway assisted in the facilitation of the standards movement originally through work with the Touchstone for Excellence conference. RECONs Vice President John Ansbach recently wrote the white paper on the issue, discussed at NARs recent mid year meetings in Washington, D.C.
Ansbach said the firm is very excited" about working with the FAAR. The Flint Area Association of REALTORS® is a strong, dynamic REALTOR® association whose leaders are clearly dedicated to meeting the needs of their members. We are honored to have earned their trust, and we look forward to working with them in the coming months to ensure that the FAAR successfully serves its members today, tomorrow and into the future," Mr. Ansbach said.
