WireTracks announces the winners of the 2005 Ugly Home Theater Contest.

The following are the winners of the 2005 Ugly Home Theater Contest:

First Place Winner:
Steve Hintz of Milwaukee, WI.

Second Place Winner:
Reid Gustafson.   

Third Place Winner:
Murray Kunis of Los Angeles, CA.

Ultimately three home theaters were chosen. The first home theater was selected based on poor integration and visible wiring, the second on compromises and components, and the third on plain ugliness.
