Atlanta Author Helps Women Find "Mr. Right" Using a Marriageability Factor

"Grading on a Curve: The Marriageability Factor -- 99 Traits, Beliefs and Actions to look for in a Mate" calculates the likelihood of a successful marriage using observable actions. The author asks readers to determine if they want to marry their "right man," a "good man," or just any man.

Atlanta (PRWEB) July 30, 2005 -- Currently, more than 14 million people ages 20-49 are divorced or separated according to recent figures released by the U.S. Census Bureau. Over 40 million people ages 20-49 reportedly never married.

"Women experience great pressure to marry from family, friends, co-workers and society in general," said Tiffany Green, author of Grading on a Curve: The Marriageability Factor -- 99 Traits, Beliefs and Actions to look for in a Mate (Lulu Press: 1-4116-3996-0, Trade paperback, 62 pp, 6"x9", $16.95). "Therefore, they enter into a marriage with an incompatible person that usually ends in divorce."

Discouraged by divorce statistics, availability of compatible marriage partners or the demands of a career, many women scratch marriage off their "to do" list.

"Grading on a Curve: The Marriageability Factor -- 99 Traits, Beliefs and Actions to look for in a Mate," is a little "black book" of observable characteristics to help women weed out men who may not be their best marriage partner. Using the book as a guide, women keep notes as they observe a man they are interested in or dating, then assign a marriageability factor and grade, A--F, based on the number of positive characteristics observed.

"Women shouldn't give up on marriage," remarked Green. "The right person is out there for them. By keeping their eyes open to a man's actions and not their physical traits or 'smooth talk,' women reduce the chance of dating and marrying the wrong man."

Green, who herself is single, draws on her experiences dating "good men" who were not her right man. She also uses her lessons learned through experiences with family and friends in unhealthy, incompatible relationships. The result is a little black guide that the reader can use as she patiently waits to say "YES" to the right man.

Grading on a Curve: The Marriageability Factor -- 99 Traits, Beliefs and Actions to look for in a Mate is available directly through Lulu Press (www.lulu.com/mazuliopub) or the authors website at www.MarriageabilityFactor.com for $16.95.
