USBA Names New Chief Financial Officer
USBA (Uniformed Services Benefit Association) today announced that Colonel Robin A. Snyder, USAF (Ret.) is joining the company as Chief Financial Officer beginning September 1, 2005.

Snyder brings with him a unique set of experiences, having served over 27 years in the United States Air Force as a senior level officer with wide-ranging management responsibilities. Most recently, Snyder was deputy director for Capability Development at United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) at Offutt AFB in Nebraska.
Snyders background includes planning/programming/budgeting and execution phases of the DoD acquisition process as well as capabilities development to provide critical warfighter support. Throughout Snyders military career, he has held top leadership positions dealing directly with both operational and financial objectives.
