National Association of System Administrators, Inc. Goes GSA

Chicago, IL. (PRWEB) August 3, 2005 -- With National Association of System Administrators, Inc. (NASA) entrance into the GSA I.T. maintenance solutions market, the bar has been raised for all other providers, much as NASA raised it in the commercial space.

Having secured all requirements to meet GSA guidelines NASA is now prepared to deliver the same high quality maintenance service products to government that commercial customers have enjoyed for years.

Andy Brown, Director of Service Delivery sums it up best We never entered the GSA market until now because we assumed there were hundreds of qualified maintenance providers already in the game. After speaking with numerous government accounts we quickly realized the number was less than a handful. Because we combine valuable services with our standard maintenance, not only will government accounts now have access to quality maintenance they will receive more for their GSA dollar as well."

GSA maintenance contracts typically do not include coverage on services that NASA provides as standard with all maintenance contracts, primarily because all other providers separate these services as additional cost items requiring separate contracts. NASA sees no reason to scale back for GSA contracts, since providing value added features like operating system support, disaster recovery testing, on-site parts, equipment re-location, and patch management has always been standard operating procedure. NASA will make these services available to government so that as they realize the value, they can begin to utilize them, with no additional cost.
