RECON Intelligence Services Welcomes New Client
Osceola County Association of REALTORS® becomes the third Florida REALTOR® association to select RECON for strategic planning.
(PRWEB) August 4, 2005 -- RECON Intelligence Services (RECON") announced today that the firm has been awarded a real estate consulting services contract from the Osceola County Association of REALTORS® (OSCAR") for long term strategic business planning services. According to sources familiar with the engagement, RECON will begin consulting for the Kissimmee, Florida-based REALTOR® association this September.
Cathy Case, OSCARs CEO, said the Association selected RECON after reviewing a number of other options. With the steady growth and expansion in our community, [we felt a need to establish a clear and strong business plan to protect our future and to better serve our members. At first, the Association looked at several companies, but we quickly came to the conclusion that RECON was our best fit." Case said that after considering other consulting firms, OSCAR concluded that RECON could provide experience and counsel that other firms could not. RECON will bring years of experience to our Association to provide insight and knowledge beyond our scope." Case said the staff and leadership of the Association were very excited to begin this new process to expand and fulfill our business plan to ensure our membership needs are being met and to confirm future decisions are insightful and factual." One of our main goals is to have innovative programs, products and services that benefit our members, and we believe that RECON will take us to that next level of service," Case said.
RECON Vice President John Ansbach said the Traverse City, Michigan-based real estate services firm is very excited about working with the OSCAR. The Osceola County Association of REALTORS® is a strong, dynamic REALTOR® association whose leaders have a vision of impeccable service for their members. We are honored to have been chosen to help them achieve that vision, and we will be with OSCAR and their leaders every step of the way to ensure that vision becomes a reality," Ansbach said.
The RECON OSCAR planning process will begin in September, resulting in the development of a strategic plan by the end of the year. RECON will provide implementation services to the Association beginning in 2006 and continuing thereafter to ensure the Associations plan is achieved.
