JWT Employment Communications, one of the worldÂ?s largest recruitment marketing and internal communications companies, has partnered with the National Association for Health Care Recruitment (NAHCR) in introducing Metrics Online, a national database of statistics relevant to health care recruiters and HR professionals.

Metrics Online aggregates the data submitted by participating organizations to provide national benchmarks for vacancy, turnover, cost-per-hire, days-to-fill, and days-to-start. Organizations are easily able to compare their individual data with national statistics on those key metrics. Customized reports by region, state, metro area and bed-size are also available.

JWT Employment Communications developed the program’s methodology and supporting technology, and provides the data analysis. NAHCR members and other interested health care employers can access Metrics Online through the organization’s Web site at http://www.nahcr.com/.
