Mobile Game Developer GlobalFun AB Finalizes Acquisition of NGD Studios Mobile Division
Wireless entertainment publisher GlobalFun strengthens foothold in South America, forming GlobalFun Argentina S.A.
Karlskrona, Sweden (PRWEB) August 3, 2005 -- GlobalFun AB, a global wireless entertainment developer and publisher has, in a move to strengthen mobile game development and South American presence, acquired NGD Studios mobile division to establish GlobalFun Argentina. GlobalFun and NGD Studios share a history of high quality productions with titles such as the "Absolute Puzzle" series, "Billy the Kid" and "Charles Darwin's Oceans Life."
The new company GlobalFun Argentina, headquartered in Buenos Aires, will work with both internal and external development of mobile games. It will also serve as GlobalFun's "hub" in the South American region for marketing and sales.
