Runtime Revolution to Hold Eighth Free Online Programming Conference

Free programming conference where users of all developer tools can find out more about Runtime Revolution. The conference is ideal for new and expert Revolution users and those who have yet to try it out. This conference is presented by Alex Tweedly and moderated by Jaqueline Landman Gay.

Edinburgh, Scotland (PRWEB) August 4, 2005 -- Runtime Revolution (www.runrev.com) announces that Alex Tweedly will present the eighth free online programming conference on 6th August at 15:30 GMT. In common with previous conferences it will be moderated by Jacqueline Landman Gay of Hyperactive Software (www.hyperactivesw.com). The conference will cover how to use chunk expressions, one of the most powerful features of Runtime Revolution.

The conference is designed to let beginners and advanced users learn more about Revolution and having attended the conference participants will be able to:

- Understand what chunk expressions are and when to use them
- Understand different types of chunk expressions
- Work with items and delimiters
- Work with offset, case sensitive functions and string operations
- Use text manipulation functions

The conference starts with a moderated session which will focus on the learning objectives, it will be followed by an open session where attendees can ask questions.
