IBWC Seminar "Look Great on Your Road to Success" to Feature Beauty and Anti-Aging Experts
Panel Discussion at Sterling Glen of Great Neck aims to provide working women with the knowledge they need to project an attractive, vibrant and youthful image
Great Neck, NY (PRWEB) August 6, 2005 -- It is no secret that attractively presented people earn higher salaries and attain greater success. But too often career women juggling jobs and home life are selling themselves short when it comes to looking their best.
They have little time to explore the most recent developments in skin and hair care. Often they wear clothing thats dated or trendy and ill suited to their body type. Their hectic schedule frequently leaves them stressed, which can result in illness and premature aging.
It doesnt have to be that way. We feel women CAN have it all....a thriving career, harmonious home life, and an attractive, polished, youthful appearance. Thats why the Independent Business Womens Circle is proud to sponsor a seminar on August 9th featuring a panel of experts dedicated to giving them the information they need to confidently project a vibrant, appealing image," says IBWC Program/Public Relations Director, Karen Bomzer.
The event is open to all who want to optimize their natural beauty. Dr. Tamara Moss of Sadick Aesthetic Surgery and Dermatology in Great Neck will discuss non-invasive treatments to restore and maintain a healthy and radiant complexion. Jamie Mazzei, Creative Director of Manhassets Nubest Salon and Spa and stylist to the stars will speak on the latest in hairstyling trends. Image Consultant Carol Davidson of Manhattans StyleWorks of Union Square will provide essential tips on dressing for specific body types. And stress reduction expert Dr. Steven Macagnone, Director of Center Island Chiropractic Associates in Jericho will lecture on how to reverse the effects of stress and remain ageless. Were certain that those who take time out during their busy day to attend this seminar will leave with invaluable information and a whole lot of positive energy," says an enthusiastic Audrey Kaufman, IBWC Co-Program Director and Vice President.
Sterling Glen of Great Neck, 96 Cuttermill Road, will host the event, which runs from 12:30 - 2:30 and includes a buffet lunch. Admission is $20 for non-members of IBWC. Reservations are required by August 7th and can be made by calling 516.496.0944.
The Independent Business Womens Circle is a social network of entrepreneurial and business women who meet midday on the second Tuesday of every month. They stress balance in ones professional and personal life, and sponsor workshops, seminars and networking meetings to this end. The next event will be September 13th and will focus on Planning for Business Growth. IBWC, a subsidiary of Womanspace, is non-profit and draws its members from Nassau, Suffolk and Queens.
