MyPrivateCoach is excited to announce its newest coach: Agnes Medioni. Based out of Paris, France, Medioni is an experienced Resilience Coach. She brings over 14 years of hands-on experience. (PRWEB) August 16, 2005 -- Based on her successful experience as a person who has bounced back from a vast array of hurdles, Medioni now offers two coaching programs: "Surviving Hard Blows" like a lost job, a bankrupcy or being dumped and "Surviving Break Up" to help her clients overcome the initial phase of losing a meaningful relationship.

Agnes Medioni is a certified French coach sharing her time between Paris where she was born and the USA, her other country of heart.
    
As her background testifies, she embodies the ability to face the radical changes of life and to live thouroughly new opportunities.

Before embracing the coaching career, she had over 14 years of experience in creating results through challenging goals and problem solving approach in multinational, fast paced environments.

In 1986, after graduating from EDHEC, Lille, France, she embraced an IT career. She joined IBM France as a the youngest Sales Account Manager ever.

In 1993, she decided to move from IT to the Fashion business and completed a postgraduate degree in Fashion and Textile from IFM, French Institute of Fashion, Paris where she developped business expertise in Fashion and Textile where she had the oppportunity to meet most of the fashion industry leaders.

In 1994, The Managing Director of Chargeurs Textiles, european wool industry leader gave Medioni the responsability to achieve a joint venture implementation study in Mexico City.

Upon her return to Paris, she joined KENZO, newly part of LVMH Group in 1995, and got mandated by the Managing Director for auditing the organization and reengineering processes.

In 1999 after her divorce, she decided to make a new shift in her life and decided to come back in the IT business and joined COMPAQ France in Paris. Her previous hands-on experience allowed her to grow what we can now call a successful career.

In 2003, when the merger process between COMPAQ and HP, Hewlett Packard took place, Medioni decided to achieve a personal and professional project where she could enhance and share her most precious inner skills if life : vision and successful adaptation in a continuously changing environnement.

Today, as a member of MyPrivateCoach, the ICF and of the AEC (Association Européenne de Coaching),
Agnes Medioni belongs to a community of peers representing and supporting excellence in the professional coaching worldwide".
